DWC Custom Shop FAQs

You must place a separate order for each address to which you intend to ship. If your order requires over 10
addresses you can make arrangements to have your order drop shipped. Contact the RBC customer service to set
this up.

If your current order exceeds your allowance, you will not be able to complete your order. Please contact Joseph Amaral or Sara Pena to request an increase to your allowance.

Embroidery and print colors as well as placements have been preselected to match the garment according to
company brand standards.

Items in the store will change periodically, with selections to cover varying seasons and climates. Order trends will
be taken into consideration when new items are selected.

Please allow for 10 – 14 business days from placement of the order to receiving it at your doorstep. Production
time is typically 5-7 business days plus standard ground shipping. If expedited shipping is required, please contact
RBC customer service to make arrangements, have your order number ready. (Expedited shipping will be charged to
your cost center accordingly)

Additional t-shirt options will be available as soon as screen printing options are set up. Just as with embroidery,
placement and colors are preselected according to garment color and brand standards.

You should be able to access the DWCCustomShop.com from anywhere you have internet access. However, if
you are not able to log on, you can have someone else order for you by supplying them with your user name and
password, the order will be charged against your allowance.

If you need to cancel or change an order after submitting it, please contact RBC Customer Service by 10 am the
next business day.. We will be placing your order 1 day after we have received it. RBC Business hours are 8am – 5
pm Pacific Time.

Once decorated, items cannot be returned. Please do your best to make sure your order is accurate.

Garments are packaged for wholesale, meaning they are placed in a protective bag and then inside the appropriate
shipping material. Gift wrapping is not available. If your order requires special wrapping you must ship to yourself
and then repackage and send or deliver.
